Spring Rummage—Boutique Sale

May 2nd and 3rd from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. Bring your unwanted items to church anytime between April 13th until the 28th. Place the items in the room marked “Rummage.” Kitchen items and miscellaneous items sell well. Please do not bring any heavy winter clothing. There will be a rack for clothing in the hallway. More detailed information will come as the date approaches.

North Side Food Pantry has an urgent need for volunteers!

The Food Pantry will remain at Trinity United Methodist but will be going through some changes. More volunteers from St. Andrew will be needed. The hours we cover are are from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Even if you can serve only one of the days each month, it will help. Please call Don/Linda Peterson at 554-8599. We need everyone to consider how they might help with this effort. (Items needed include jelly, Hamburger Helper, ravioli or Spaghetti-Os, soup, canned vegetables or canned fruit, cake mixes.) All donated food goes to the North Side Food Pantry located at Trinity United Methodist. Thank you for your generosity!

Vacation Bible School: June 16-20

This year VBS at St. Andrew will be held June 16-20th and the theme with be a RAINFOREST ADVENTURE. The setting will be an exciting rain forest environment. Our kids will discover that everyone can do their part to care for God’s creation. Through Bible stories that emphasize stewardship, combined with a jungle of hands on, fun-filled activities, kids will learn that it is fun and faithful to share the good news of Jesus’ love. We have room for everyone!

How can you help? First you can pray for VBS. Next you can stop during coffee hour on Sunday mornings and view the materials for VBS. You can sign up to help. You can sign up to donate supplies. You can bring your kids, grandkids and neighborhood kids to for VBS.
